Adrian Heath used to live near me when I was a kid. Sound bloke. Not sure I’ve ever shared that with Archers tbh.

 

Should go and share it on our board next time we've had a bad defeat haha.

Never know though, might get our revenge this year...

 

Shared what?

You know what that now ancient and long forgotten beef was really about? It wasn’t so much Heath’s goal, though that did hurt; it was your fans going on the pitch, and going all 80s hooligan inside and outside the ground.

It led to a couple of season’s grievance between a small minority both club’s supporters, because, you know, it was the 80s and that. All bollocks really, and certainly not something I ever took seriously.

 

I was trying to think why I remembered the name Adrian Heath....I've now remembered.

Turns out they’re ****e but have had a stroke of luck in being turned down by Thierry Henry.
