Matty James and Daniel Amartey only players missing. So here is what I would go with

    Schmeichel

    Ricardo
    Evans
    Soyuncu
    Chilwell

    Praet
    Ndidi
    Tielemans

    Maddison

    Perez
    Vardy

Subs- Ward, Justin, Fuchs, Morgan, Choudhury, Albrighton, Barnes

I want to see Perez given a chance to play with Vardy. Even if its in the role Okazaki used to do. Dont put him on the wing and let Maddison play as a 10

If we want winger use Barnes and Albrighton

Fully agree. Maddison MUST play more centrally.

If we spot a tactical advantage im not against moving him there during the game but we should never start him there. He game isnt about taking people on. Its about finding pockets of space and spinning off his marker

If we want someone who can play as a 10 and a winger we have Barnes

Thinking Rodgers will be too stubborn to change it and go with the same as Man Utd with Ndidi and Choudhury as well as Maddison on the wing. Can’t see past a comfortable Spurs win if this is the case and suddenly the bright start to the season (results wise if not performances) looks a lot more average. I hope to be very very wrong

Spurs looked leggy last night. From our point of view is great but its a disgrace that they play away in Greece on Wednesday and then the early KO on Saturday

As Ive said I think the form of Choudhury and Ndidi is causing us problems. Both deserve to play yet when they do we lose something

Rodgers likes playing with 2 8’s. Tielemans and Praet. Praet is still finding his feet and Ndidi and Choudhury are playing well so I dont think its Rodgers being stubborn

Wolves were and should have beaten us and Chelsea had played in Istanbul on weds when we played (although that was the late Sunday game).
It is infuriating that he found a system that worked so well towards the end of last season and isn’t getting results. It’s like when Ranieri tried to change a winning formula. All the tools are there, he just needs to be brave.

I think your right to a degree. I think we would have been more fearless this season but seen the mess Man U and Chelsea are in. Arsenal cant defend for toffee and we have albeit a small but a genuine chance of getting top 4 so I think that pressure is effecting us slightly

But I think once Praet comes in and get upto speed our midfield will be much more fluid and hopefully Perez settles into the side alot more

Hoping for a great response after last week. Its another prime opportunity to dent another top 4 sides points tally and keep us up there. We need to take it to them at pace, even pros get tired with two games and travel in three days. Just the one defensive midfielder today thanks.

2.00am here but what a game. VAR certainly played its part. For large parts we dominated and thoroughly deserved the win. Cant stand Kane but credit where its due he is a top goal scorer. But what a great second half and a screamer to win it. Great game.

Much better line up and intent today. Thought we were fortunate with the disallowed second goal but took advantage perfectly with 2 excellent goals. Lofty heights in the league albeit early days!
Thought we were still quite sloppy, lots of poor ball control and stray passes that affect us keeping control of the game. To pick up results as we are without playing as well as we could though is the sign of a good team

Maddison as a 10 works. Who would have thought it?

var ****ing me. ****ing joke. In the ground we get told nothing. Just its being checked and then no goal and we are sat there guessing why

Sissoko should have gone aswell and no var check as far as we know

Sissoko got the ball. No way a red. Can’t figure out why their second was ruled out either

I **** you not. Yes it went in our favour but seriously. If the offside isnt visible by the naked eye then I dont want offside being called by var. Draw your line by all means but don’t call things by millimetres ffs

on the Sissoko one ive only seen it live and it looked reckless and out of control which is a red card regardless of whether you get the ball or not. Will have to wait until motd to see it again
