    The only three I might suggest are Swansea, Huddersfield and Brighton. The other teams around us will produce enough over the season to remain clear of the bottom three.

    A rather uninspiring appointment in my opinion. It would have been better perhaps to have dismissed Hughes earlier and gone for Moyes when he was available. I still hope, of course, that Stoke avoid relegation and preserve their premier league status but I really think it's unlikely now.

    I know how you feel - our Yankee owners appointed Bob Bradley, who just happened to be an American.....

    That was almost terminal for us...... But our luck will run out this season.

    Can you have a word with your counterpart on the QPR board and see if you cannot get Jeffranger banned, certainly from here.

    No problem with 'banter' but......
