Like Sgt says I think it’s just gears and dogrings? I suppose if the seals aren’t breached they can do what they want test wise.
Just your post about head up arse earlier . If I have read it / taken it in the wrong manner , I apologise 100%
Aaaaah. Just thought a slow down lap collision like that warranted a whole new category to the awards.
Ok , but how can they get INTO the gear box without breaking any seals ? Honestly , much as I love F1 , If these questions seem like I am taking the mick , I am not . I am not technically savvy in a BIG way .
What I like about this board is that , for the vast majority of the conversations that go on , it never descends to personal abuse
If you had read my posts carefully you would notice that my criticism of Vettel in Singapore was that he should have know who he was racing against (I never mentioned anything about him not knowing where Max was) my argument is he is fighting Lewis for the championship, why take unnecessary risks... especially when Lewis is behind and you have a faster car? If he had let Max go I am certain he would have overtaken Max before the next pit stop. Hamilton didn't put up a fight with Max because he knew Max had a faster car and Vettel was way behind. On another note though, big people could agree to disagree and have sensible discussions with different views, without resorting to name calling...what I can say for myself is that I am a fan Hamilton's driving and racing style...does that make me a fanboy? Maybe, but at least I am not hypercritical about it. One thing I could tell you is that if he were in Vettel's shoes and risking a championship with unnecessary and rash driving I would be the first criticize him just the same.
What are you on about? I’m not sure if you know this mate, but there isn’t just you on this board. Why you think everything is related to you is beyond me. I do read your posts, and you appear to mis understand or misinterpret a lot of what is said. I originally made a comment about RB negative Ricardo strategy and Merc using Bottas as a blocker. How that turned into listing every mistake Vettel has made (or any other driver) is beyond me. It’s a simple fact, but a fact some don’t want to acknowledge because it contradicts statements they have made months ago when making allegations about other teams and drivers. It’s simply to deflect away from a sensible discussion.
They've released Strolls footage from his Vettel crash and I must say, he doesn't do much wrong does he. Apparently this footage wasn't available to stewards, but that sounds a bit of a clickbaity storyline.
