Chelski and scousers allegedly looking at him according to a S American paper, he's not that good imho but if we could buy 3 good players from his fee then I'd sell, won't happen though.
Always depends upon which 3 players we bought. Selling Andy Cole taught me that. Players invariably move on and it’s who replaces them that’s important.
Tbh when he goes as long as he's not playing us I'll support him and hope he does well. He's given it a good go with us but the club hasn't delivered. He's been class with the fans and tries hard on the pitch. I'll be fuming if he ends up going to like Villa or Everton though. But if as reported someone like Liverpool or Chelsea gets him then I hope he goes and smashes it. He'd be sick under a decent coach.
He’s a hell of a player to watch. I put him in same category as Traore although ASM has a bit more tricky in tight 1v1s rather than just raw pace. I certainly wouldn’t object to us going in for him on the right price although end product seems bit hit and miss. Is that just cos he’s trying to do too much himself and doesn’t trust players around him or is it that his final delivery / finishing isn’t brilliant and needs lot more work?
I'd be interested to see his numbers with Wilson playing against without Wilson But once the takeover goes through it'll be us buying your best players not the other way round. Is that Salah any good?
