Long ass today for me today. Working 9am-9pm at a Christmas Market. Hopefully make some good coin though and with any luck there'll be some fine totty to flirt with and relieve them of their dough. Or Rupert's wallet more accurately.
Hey Lads/Lasses Mrs BH here... Its been nearly a year and our first Christmas without my Burly. Its been really a d truly hard emotionally. The waves of grief, well, unexplainable. I thought I would catch up and say hello to you all. I haven't heard from J⊙E.. for a while.. i hope he and his family are ok. (If anyone knows please PM me) My Gooner son-in-law continues to follow SAFC through their league games and always gives me updates. I often hear him cheering them on too (pretty cool being a Gooner!). (He misses his father-in-law, a dad he always wanted.) So my son-in-law found out that on the eve of Burly's 1st passing anniversary, Sunderland are playing away at MK Dons. Saturday 18th January 2020 3pm. I am planning to go with many of my friends and family to the game in his memory and cheer the Mackems on.. If you are there, I am hoping there will be a shout out or cheer for Burly, please so do listen out and cheer with us. Sending best wishes.. have a good Christmas Christmas and New Year Mrs Burly Hurley (the only!!)
Hello Mrs BH....nice to hear from you and allow me to be the first to say...it’s not cool at all to be a Gooner God bless, take it easy X
God bless you Mrs Burly and god bless BH. He is still very much in our thoughts here on the forum. As you might have noticed we’ve got a chat thread dedicated in his name. A true gent. His spirit lives on. Hope this Christmas is as good as it can be for you all. I lost my Dad in April, so it’s our first Xmas without him this year.
