Had a **** day, something I've never mentioned but in the real world I'm a cute blonde BIRD and not the alcoholic Welsh bloke I pretend to be. I was walking through town earlier and some old bloke kept following me and looking at my arse when the wind blew my skirt up. I would have pulled it down but I have those little dinosaur arms and couldn't. Some people are just bastards.

You could have just asked me. I've got loads of **** like that lying about and I'm still not smoking. I'm at the point where I'm about to get rid of the digi volcano I've got. Can't see me going back to weed again, now.

I never wanted to be one of those guys still smoking it late in my 50's or anything. I didn't have any intentions of giving up yet, though. I was due a break so I stopped overnight because of what I've got going on at home. I've never got back round to it incase I miss something here and would rather be alert and on the ball. It's gone on longer than I usually take a break for and now I'm questioning what's the point in going back when I've come this far. I've had my fun with it and it's give me nice things and good experiences in life so maybe it's time to walk away and quit while I'm ahead, if you know what I mean.

I'm looking at replacing it with meditation and yoga. Things that won't **** my chest and ultimately my health up later in life.

 

I’ll be 48 in a couple of weeks and I still like a smoke. But I haven’t smoked baccy for years, knocked it all on the head about 15 years ago.

These days I have a smoke once per week and I use one of those pipes with the spiral chamber that cools the smoke and collects the tar n ****.

Couple of puffs on some neat weed or hash is enough for me

 

I'm normally an all in kind of guy. If I smoke it again, I'll be smoking it every day. All or nothing and I've come to the conclusion it needs to be nothing.

I've never smoked cigs. I just used to put baccy in my joints but towards the end I was rarely using that and I was just smoking pure joints. It stopped me doing as much exercise as I'd like to have done so it was more indirectly than directly affecting my health, I suppose.
