I can't read that, but I'm guessing it's the big clubs saying we can't pinch each others players, so we'll have to pinch them All from other clubs?

They're basically ensuring they keep their best players and agreeing not to compete with each other? Just feed on the other clubs and the other clubs will have no issue because they'll get more out of their cattle markets?

 

Restraint of trade springs to mind.

 

TBH I'm hoping this goes through, get rid of some of the clubs with boring fans, the only set of fans I'd be sorry to see go from the "top 6" would be Liverpool as they create a decent atmosphere. City - only a few real fans rest are oil loving trophy hunters, Arsenal - library quiet, Man U and Chelsea - plastics, Tottenham - yawn. The rest can run off to their poxy proxy European league and good riddance. all the clubs local to them would benefit from having the proper fans who want to go to matches week in week out and aren't priced out of attending.

 

They won't be going anywhere.
