I sincerely wish you the best recovery and that you get to the stage when you do not notice your injuries.
Do the physio and have a positive attitude. **** off any setbacks, then think how quickly this year has gone by and it'll be this time next year before you know it. Then this time will be just a memory.
I’m doing all I can to get everything moving again, rest assured. Difficult when the hand on the end of your arm doesn’t respond to all the brain commands. Still on the positive side my left hand is performing heroics!
This will be a very special Christmas for me and my wife of 57 years. For the first time since emigrating to Canada in 1963 we are spending Christmas and New Year in England with my oldest son in Sussex, courtesy of a First Class return ticket on Virgin Atlantic (LAX to Heathrow) paid for by our six kids. I know that this was not the best year to do this (COVID/Lockdowns etc) but I'm not sure I'll get another chance. So I'm going for it. Wish me luck!!! A very Happy Christmas and New Year to all of you on here. Lets hope this Season brings back Promotion to the Championship. UTT. !!!!
For the first time in years we are having Christmas lights on outside. I hate putting them up always have. I am perhaps the most impractical person that exists. So it’s always a real bodge job. But if the wife wants to be able to see lights on in the garden, how can I say “no”.
