I have been a unofficial herpetologist since I was eight, and this has been my best Snake week ever. Its taken a lot of disappointment to get this far. Just pleased something good has come from the lock down. Been rather concerned at how I would handle it. Still having off days, but nature has guided me through the worst. As soon as I finish a big walk, I start plotting the next, research the area, and that has made a good bit of difference. I want to go back to work, but if I can't work I'm definitely not going to dwell.

one of my favourite trees. This one used to struggle as it was in the shadow of a row of conifers and another big tree. I took the others out and now this is blossoming and improving each year. You can see it’s odd shape from where it was trying to get sunlight. I’ll take a picture of another one tomorrow

And I had two frames delivered today For some long over due framing of old prints. One I’ve had over 20 years and left in a tube...

When we went to Wembley for the JPT Final, my dad and I found ourselves in the concourse, standing under that photo of Bobby Stokes beating Alex Stepney’s outstretched hand <ok>

At some point we may have been close to each other that day, as I stood there too with my lad.

My only 2 hens left now Fats. Bubba and Nugget are about 5 now, ex commercial layers. We've just had 15 consecutive days where they've both laid, whereas normal is probably 5 each a week. Cost me a quid each :emoticon-0100-smile

    That's brilliant mate.

I can make out Paine, Channon, LeTiss, Bale, Lallana, Shilts, Unidentified Person (top left), Wallace, Niemi (I think)...

Edit; Keegan, was he No 7? Or is that Steve Moran?

You fell into the same trap as I did.
I was trying to identify them, then when I enlarged it I could see the names.
Having said that I did get most of them without cheating.

I wonder how much Liverpool would pay for a Subbuteo Virgil?

A few years ago I parked my car in the Community Centre at Harefield
I was facing a tree. Turned off the engine and looked at the tree and there was a Tree Creeper, literally creeping up the tree
    Only one I've ever seen

Aha, got it now. Kicking myself that I didn't get Ken Monkou or Mark Wright. Thought Bally might be Bally, so I'm giving myself that one.

Just spotted Rickie up there. But I don't associate him with that kit, so meh...

Nobody wanted a crack at naming the iconic players to go with these shirts then? The numbers obviously help as does the year.
