The Crazy Bitch Divorce Thread

I've never seriously considered divorce but there was a time it briefly crossed my mind. Did a little research and found out that in my State unless I got custody (as a man, a foreigner, and a non Christian in Southern US that wouldn't be likely) I would end up estimated losing 66% of my earnings between alimony and child support. (That was average for people in my situation). Living on 1/3 of earnings would put me in poverty.

Because she didn't have a job at the time (I was supporting her through university), I would be legally required to let her continue living at same lifestyle without her being expected to work.

In hindsight, I'm glad I didn't get divorced (even if money wasn't an issue)... But I'm basically trapped as long as I live here.

I wouldn't trap myself again.

 

It lasted 3 years, but she moved to Indonesia....

Didn’t know you’d had 2 go’s at it mate. I’d always assumed Mrs Luv was your one and only for some reason.

 

I’m on number 3 too.

First one was my fault. Behaved like a **** and she took it for years before she finally ****ed off. Second was a big mistake, both realised it and it ended pretty quickly.

 

Not just me then.

 

Statistically people who get divorced once two thirds of the time get divorced on their second marriage too.

So that says there are probably a lot of people out there on a third marriage.

Last time I looked this thread was about what to get for an anniversary - now it’s about mental exes or ex-wife’s or 2 (NSIS and Burly).

I once went out with a real loony tune, I woke up with her straddling me with a knife to me throat !

My mate had a bird like that years back. She was madly in love with this ****ing great big Alsatian dog of hers.

Anyway, we’d been out one night and left the dog in his back garden. When we got back his neighbour started ranting about how the ‘bloody dog has been barking all evening’ On and on he went and I could see the look on her face. Finally we got inside and she went ballistic, grabbed a knife from the kitchen and started screaming thst she was gonna stab the neighbour, how dare he threaten her dog, etc.

We managed to stop her, but if the neighbour had been there I’m sure she’d have knifed him.
