Ive never subscribed to sky or bt actually mate. Also city and the chavs and PSG did not get thier money from sky or bt. Of course you and most here would like to make it about Liverpool being ****e this year but it's simply not. Ive always maintained that the cl will be less prestigious after one of the oil clubs buys it. Vault me if you think I'm chattin ****.
I've never made anything about Liverpool being shhite this year, you was trying to tell me about the history of City and Finances, I knew long before you about the history of City before you even gave them a thought, and if you knew your history as you claim, you would know why. You've never been to Anfield and you don't subscribe to SKY or BT, but your a fan, Liverpool fans all over that mate. As for the CL being less prestigious....you're morphing into a Matth mate.
I never claimed to know city's history. Maybe I'm wrong. so city were rich in the 90s down in the 3rd division then Yeh? Chavs too? They Just couldnt be be arsed spending the money back then?
City were for a spell the more successful of the two Manchester clubs and even relegated United. They were mildly successful, for them, just before the Sheikh bought the club. They qualified for Europa and Kevin Keegan did a good job there. But no, they weren't one of the richest clubs on planet earth before then, you got them Chelsea weren't a third division **** heap tho, they were a good side.
Maguire was an absolute bargain mate ... enabled us to bring in Fofana and Castagne... and still leavee 25 million in the bank
70s ... Dennis Law back heel at Old Trafford playing for Citeh sent them down . ... he refused to celebrate ... classy guy ... Also remember Spurs getting relegated ... Pool weren't all that before Shankly in the 60s ... Everton had been the more successful up until then I think ... Football has always been about cycles, evolution and spending power ... all that has happened is that Pool have had a reality check ... no longer can they expect to be in prime position to plunder the best from other clubs with their buying power ... I'm old enough to remember them buying, Dalgleish, Souness, Lawrenson, Gillespie, the Kennedy's Houghton and Aldriidge ... every one cherry picked ...
Shankley was less successful than his replacement, but hung around the club like a bad smell. It was controversial when Liverpool told him to leave the club, but it was a great decision.
