    Best Driver: Sergio Perez
Worst Driver: Hamilton - screwed up quali several times and forgot to read the Mercedes F1 W07 instruction manual before bedtime.
Best Rookie: Was going to give it to Haryatno after quali, but Werdhiem was outstanding in the race.
Best Team: Pass. No team seemed to have two good cars/drivers all weekend
    Worst Team: Renault. Disaster.
    Best Overtake: Dunno

Most Surprising Result: Not a Merc 1-2
Least Surprising Result: No safety car or anyone one binning it into the wall during the race
Funniest moment: Hamilton and Kimi with their settings.
Excuse of the week: F1 drivers are getting better with these, they are owning up too much.

    Special Mention: Haryanto's qualifying.
Best post from the race thread:
Race Rating: 4/10 It wasn't that great in the end.

Best Driver: Kimi Raikkonen. He made the undercut on Vettel and Ricciardo. Had he not have to let Vettel pass he wouldn't have fallen into Perez's grasp. Although the penalty was his own doing. Great pace throughout.

Worst Driver: Hamilton - screwed up quali several times and forgot to read the Mercedes F1 W07 instruction manual before bedtime, it's almost as if he couldn't be bothered to show up.

    Best Rookie: Wehrlein simply.

Best Team: Ferrari. By default really. Not out of sheer performance.

Worst Team: Renault and Redbull can share this. Track didn't suit them.

Best Overtake: Bottas on Verstappen last corner? Also at one point it was three in a bed down the main straight.

Most Surprising Result: Perez clung onto a podium.
    Least Surprising Result: Mclaren reliability.

Funniest moment: Hamilton and Kimi with their settings.

Excuse of the week: Crofty blaming the Sun for Lewis's mistake in Quali. **** sake give up fatman.

Special Mention: Kvyat and Haryanto in Quali. Vettel for being thereabouts...
Best post from the race thread: The race thread haha.

Race Rating: 4/10 I won't lie, I fell asleep for about 10 laps in the middle. Not as amazing as we all hoped.

    Tricky this week.

Best Driver: I'm going to go Rosberg. Flawless once it mattered and didn't let Hamilton's practice pace get to him.
Worst Driver: Hamilton, practiced like a Champ ((c) Benson), qualified and raced like a chump
Best Rookie: I'm going Palmer, he didn't bin it and pulled off a couple of good moves.
Best Team: Force India (cumulative for recent developments)
Worst Team: Torro Rosso let both their drivers down
Best Overtake: Everyone (all the overtakes were the same)

    Most Surprising Result: Haryanto's qualifying
    Least Surprising Result: Merc win
Funniest moment: Engine management software meltdowns.
Excuse of the week: Whatever the bloke who bolts down the drains said to Bottas

Special Mention: Perez, Vettel taking charge of strategy
Best post from the race thread: TBC
Race Rating: 6/10 would have been a lot lower without the engine management dramas

Best Driver: Rosberg and Perez, jointly.
Worst Driver: Kvyat? I know he had problems but he looked well out of sorts all weekend. Hamilton also has to be a contender. I've explained my reasoning – based on my guess that he altered a well-balanced set-up before qualifying – in the race thread.
    Best Rookie: Wehrlein.
    Best Team: Force India.
    Worst Team: Renault.
Best Overtake: Difficult to choose when so many were so similar but some were better than others. In chronological order: HAM ≥ BOT, RAI ≥ WEH, RAI ≥ HUL, HAM ≥ RIC, VES ≥ MAS.

Most Surprising Result: Hamilton going backwards over the course of the weekend after appearing to claim the circuit as his own.
Least Surprising Result: Mercedes win at a circuit which rewards pure grunt.
Funniest moment: Räikkönen's attempt to get radio help was far funnier than Hamilton's.
    Excuse of the week:

Special Mention: Haryanto was quite impressive.
Best post from the race thread: I confess to not having had time to read most of it. Hopefully will get chance during this week, so may edit this.

Best Driver: Perez - I have been loath to award it to a Merc driver when their team mate isn't in the race.
    Worst Driver: Palmer
    Best Rookie: Wehrlein.
    Best Team: Merc
    Worst Team: Renault and McLaren
Best Overtake: Alonso switchback into turn 2 on ?
Most Surprising Result: No safety car
Least Surprising Result: Mercedes win at a circuit which rewards pure grunt and the McHondas limping
Funniest moment: Räikkönen's attempt to get radio help was far funnier than Hamilton's.
    Excuse of the week: Sunshine
Special Mention: Nico for his win and JB

Best Driver: Perez, such a shame he had the 5 place penalty, might've had a race for the lead
    Worst Driver: Hamilton,
Best Rookie: Wehrlein was having a decent race til the car satrted dying
    Best Team:Mercedes
Worst Team: Torro Rosso, as much as Renault were ****, they at least made it to the end.
Best Overtake: anyone who overtook a merc engined car whilst driving a honda

Most Surprising Result: it wasn;t an MB 1-2
Least Surprising Result: Hamiltons bad result blamed on team mechanics/engineers
    Funniest moment:
Excuse of the week: 'engine wrongly configured' Anyone notice the engine reconfigure itself mid-race? didn;t think so.

    Special Mention: Rosberg, Vettel,
Best post from the race thread:
Race Rating: 8/10 I enjoyed it, though it's not the sort of track that needs a DRS zone, and certainly not the 2 in it's current configuration

Best Driver: I feel like Perez is the obvious choice here.
Worst Driver: Lewis Hamilton for his qualy antics.
Best Rookie: Werhlein? Decent race pace even if he did get outqualified by Haryanto. There are no particularly impressive rookies this year sadly.
Best Team: Force India or Mercedes
Worst Team: McLaren Honda. Huge budget, Works backing, and just look at the results. Still underpowered and still breaking down every race.
Best Overtake: Slipstream DRS pass from driver A on driver B on the long straight.

Most Surprising Result: Hamilton losing the plot.
Least Surprising Result: Mercedes continue to win by miles.
Funniest moment: Lewis "i'm going to press everything"
Excuse of the week: "The sun was in his eyes, that's why Jesus crashed..err i mean why Lewis crashed"- Sky Sports F1 team.

    Special Mention: Vettel, Good race.
Best post from the race thread: Anyone who avoided arguing about Hamilton.
Race Rating: 6.5/10. I wasn't bored, but nor is it going to live long in the memory.

Best Driver: Perez. all weekend great stuff.

    Best Rookie: Wehrlein.
    Best Team: hmmmmmm... force india
    Worst Team: McLaren
Best Overtake: there was a couple of double over takes, a lot of it was drs so little credit there but there was a couple nice chaos moves.
Most Surprising Result: No safety car
Least Surprising Result: rosberg win.. after saturday it was a bit obvious
Funniest moment: no fun what so ever.
Excuse of the week: hamilton on saturday
