Good film that, yeah. Roman Polanski I believe? The Ninth Gate is another good Polanski horror, albeit a bit hammy in parts.

The Fearless Vampire Killers, starring the ill fated Sharon Tate, is worth a watch. More comedy than horror, but the “dance of the dead” Ball scene at the end is genuinely scary.

Although it has fine pap action i can't agree. If I had a gun to my head and has to make a choice I would go with the Exorcist but it would be a very close run with Jaws and the Thing. Halloween and Ringu would be up there too.

it has twin vampire birds with big tits mate, c’mon !

ah, yes The Thing, excellent, don’t know if it counts as horror though?
Although I was horrified when that blokes head fell of the table and turned into a spider.
    Might’ve been the acid though.

it was a remake of a sci-fi classic I reckon it’s more that than horror...

let’s settle on genre bending, it’s better than gender bending...

    hate crime incoming..

Its a body shock horror flick mate. Just cause it has an alien in it doesn't mean it isn't a horror. Same could be said for Alien imho.
