Watching him is proof enough. Articles like this offer a frisson as it shows the laggers catching up with me!

 

There was 1 stand out fact in that article that was a real eye opener. Emile Heskey 62 caps for England.

To be fair to Emile he’s well qualified to comment on Roberts inability to find the onion bag.

 

If there's one thing Big Emile knows about, it's shiite strikers.

 

Personally, I'm convinced that it must have been a Scot that picked him for england! I don't think there's an englishman about that would own up to it!

In all fairness, I used to like watching him in action. I know he wasn't the greatest goal-scorer, but I wonder how his stats would match up with today's players. There weren't so many stats about then, sadly.

Whenever any scousers take the pee about Leeds losing 13 games this season, just remind them that we have dropped 43 points but they have dropped 38 points so far, so not much better than us is it.
