To be honest, I’m glad seasons almost over. I’m not enjoying this post lockdown series of matches at all. Sooner it’s over the better, last seasons fiasco is still niggling away

I know what you mean Eire. On paper we can beat all of the clubs we have to play, but in reality each match is dangerous, for different reasons.<ok>

The players were physically and mentally tired last year - and choked. They certainly don’t have the same excuses, if they choke again - it will just be pressure/weight of expectation.

Of course it can happen again. It’s Leeds, nothing is ever easy.

I was just poking a bit of fun at all the negative vibes when we haven’t even played.

What’s not helping my outlook is playing behind other teams in contention now. We’re having our lead shortened and then under pressure to restore. Would far prefer to be playing first and potentially extending lead cat top. Remaining fixtures all set up same way. Just seems to be heaping extra pressure on

Yeh Eire, it can work both ways, but when the rivals keep winning...

stoke have decent players and are a better side than the league suggests - my old friend the ‘expected goals’ league has them in the playoffs, they don’t score quite as many as they should but mainly they’ve leaked more than they should have. Haven’t had much luck but have come into a bit of form.

So not as easy as it looks on paper... but it never is for us anyway.
