Another crap night for some of our loaned out players, as Edmondson and Stevens cannot even make the bench. Gotts and McCalmont start again for their L2 teams but not holding out any hope of these making it at Leeds
Millwall Football Club have made a public statement. We wish to confirm that we will not be taking part in any European Super League.
All Alfie can do is keep knocking on the door by putting in a performance he and Gotts have done really well and Gotts has played as a full back, DM CF and AM so he can multi-task
The Chelsea and City owners have put in millions The yanks at Scum, Pool etc. Have taken out millions.
Looks like its all over like a pack of cards. Organised by Glasers and Fenway Sports but without doing any real leg work. So arranged in the USA by greedy yanks and lying to many of the others but especially Man City and Chelsea. It falls over on the first day..... still should be some punishment for breaking the Prem rules etc. It also highlights serious legal action that will be taken against all 12 as they have all signed legally binding contracts elsewhere like with the US bank that was loaning them billions, also a broadcaster and multi massive sponsorship deals.....
I heard it went further. Millwall wish to confirm that we actually haven’t agreed to play football in European or at any level of English football. We’d like to take time out to say anything resembling football was purely by chance and should not reflect on the club should we be sued
Won't happen. Unless the authorities somehow get copies of the contracts, everything is well-publicised hearsay. Who's going to prove that these contracts exist without even having sight of a copy? Sadly, no-one . I agree they should be charged for signing up whilst forbidden by FA rules, however, quite apart from not having a contract to refer to, not one owner of a UK club has come out to make any comment, far less admit to being part of it. My only hope is that Manc or Chelski cut a deal with the FA to put everything out in the open, in return for a 'reduced sentence'. I would personally recommend that each of the 6 clubs receives a 50 point deduction for each of the next 2 seasons, which would almost certainly guarantee that 6 of the 6 get relegated.
Time to play hardball. This is what I'd do.... Tell the English teams that unless they withdraw from the Super League, they face a 10 year ban from the football league! Ow, and you have 48 hours....
It will all be over tonight a zoom meeting is scheduled to formally wind it all up. Man City pulled out quickly followed by Chelsea Athletico Madrid pulling out now and Perez is excepecting sanctions from La Liga for Real Madrid
Barcelona trying to weedle out of responsibility by saying “ we were interested innthis but our membership would have needed to agree to it”
Disgusting club,I hate them with a passion. Various spanish clubs going to wear the earn it t shirt before tomorrow nights games Was that invented by us or did it exist previously?
