    Doubt it!

I see on SSN that the FA are going to charge him on two counts over the 'alleged' incidents. Not sure where the 'alleged' comes from - half the world saw what he did yesterday. :)

did anyone see what the Man City bus did tonight? I saw the Tevez pic, disgusting. I hope they get put in their place next season. Disrespectful doesn't even come close! It was bad enough they had to wear italian flags etc yesterday, but today they went way too far.

I would like to RIP up his contract.

There was a time where clubs lived in utter fear of the league and FA, and players were totally at the mercy of clubs (who were hamstrung by the maximum wage even if they wanted to treat players well), and wouldn't dream of doing anything to upset another club for fear that his chairman might be a friend. I'm not saying that we need to go back to anything even resembling that, but Carlos Tevez and Joey Barton are proof that it has simply gone too far the other way. Football needs to act before courts have no option but to step in.

Agreed. Not only does it show a total lack of respect for SAF and Man U, probably one of the best ever managers worldwide and a team that has been through so much, and fought for success, but also shown a complete disregard for the FA, and English football imho. I wish the FA would step in and sort out the mess that is being created in football at the moment. They won't sadly. Money is too important :(

Talking of money, as whoever wins the play-off final on Saturday will be going straight back up what happens re their parachute payments? I presume as they'll be back in the PL they won't receive it so I'd give it to FL clubs for capital projects e.g. SW corner, Posh having to install seating etc.

I know it won't be, but it would be a nice gesture.

I think the money gets distributed to all the Championship teams but I may be wrong.

You are correct, any money from fines gets given to the clubs who have not broken the rules.

Dan, why are you referring to fines? I'm talking about the compensation you receive for dropping out of the PL.

The fines come into place with the new FFP rules, so won't come into play yet

I am pretty sure the remaining parachute payments are distributed amongst the rest of the teams if a team does go back up - so hopefully it means extra for us! Not sure how it effects the 2nd year payments though, especially if the team come straight back down!

Dalglish has 'parted company' with Liverpool. They can stay away from Dyche too <whistle>

I'm hearing that he was sacked. I felt he wasn't the right man to take Liverpool forward, but that's a disgrace if true. There are ways to deal with club legends in that situation.

I don't think it's all about missing out on the Champions League. If Liverpool had a league season like Newcastle or Spurs and won the League Cup, Kenny would have been untouchable.

But even with the season they had, I think the final nail in Kenny's coffin was hit before he even took the job. Liverpool were one of the very last clubs to be known for not calling for a manager to be shown the door. They ended that tradition with Roy Hodgson, and that floodgate being opened is what gave the owners the belief that they could get away with firing Dalglish.

I think Carlos Tevezs face says everthing. He is a man of little brain but I can see the fun in this acting after Sir Alex Ferguson said
    - over my dead body will City be the dominant team in Manchester.

For this season United are not the top team so let the silly man be happy for the summer.
