The emily rose and Exorcist films are scary not just because of what the movie is, normally it is based on a real story, and the music/score that goes along makes it creepy as.

What happened to the human centipede 2?

Was banned over here but surely its out somewhere. Who the **** would get offended by that. I have seen way worse **** in kids TV.

High school musical for example. Terrifying stuff.

Japs make some good horrors. They work more on building up the atmosphere that just going for a few scares in every film. The whole set p is creepy and theres always something about to happen even when nothing is happening.

American remakes of course are awful though. All the scary **** goes and its just some gay ass hollywood cash maker.

    same

This cracked me up! I heard the fourth kind it had to be your taste kind of thing, some hated it, some loved it. By the way, on the Thing, are you all talking the original one or the new one? The orginal one was good, very good I thought. Not seen the new one.

Anyone ever see a film called Pulse?

Could of been good but clearly lacked any budget.

Been a while but not bad. Wes Craven usually does good stuff.

Not so much horror but Gothika I thought was good. Some painful ones are White Noise, mirrors, and one about a video game or something?

I s Darkness falls the tooth fairy one ???

I made myself look a right cock in the cinema watching The Grudge - I let out a little high pitched scream which to this day I have never been able to repeat no matter how much I try. Horrors are always better at the cinema <ok>

Had gothika on DVD for 2 years before I watched it.

I thought it was a fantasy adventure sort of thing which is something I hate ( LOTR, Harry potter, star wars and that sort of ****e ) then I caught last 20 mins on TV and thought I better watch it lol.

    Not bad.

The Ring is quite scary, the tension whilst watching it even if you know whats going to happen can't be matched.

Ya just checked, it is, wasn't bad I thought.

I have been trying to find some gems of scary movies though, ones that might have been sort of big but didn't get the recognition it deserved, having trouble finding them.

    Scream 1-5.............................. only kidding!

Final Destination I find funny more than scary, the first one was Ok made you think then after it was just too obvious. The face after the girl saw you on the ring was good.

Same, trying to get some longer ones as the short ones are usually too short to get into.
