Thanks again DD, I am gradually getting there! I have reset all passwords so I can at least get back into things. As for the favourites, although they appear on the old pc its sound only, the film has disappeared! I do not have a USB. I had a guy in to set me up & he said to ring if any problems so I'll do that. I hadn't realized how many clips were missing. Apart from lovely Elvis jamming gospel & spirituals with his backing singers after a concert there was Johnny Wilkinson with that drop goal and much more. I know I can find most of it again but not sure about the Kings jamming sessions. That'll teach me to buy a new machine but I must say the speed of it is amazing compared to the old one! Meanwhile in America,actress Felecity Huffman has been sent to "jail" for 14 days for paying under the counter payments to a college so her daughter can attend it.While poorer students are ignored and others shafted. She was "so sorry" and wanted the judges forgiveness,which,obviously she got. She knew what she was doing.
The one person who loses out of all this is her daughter.Schools having been turning her away!

 

That's why the old British system of making an open 'donation' to the college is preferable, although exactly the same thing.

 

Let me know at which point of the Lib Dem conference they mention how Angela Smith and Luciana Berger are going to be parachuted into other seats instead of facing the music for the constituents who had to Google who their MP was for the past few years...
