Hopefully that's Everton resting Iwobi for Thursday.

    Worst £35m spent ever?

Genius from Arsenal. Sell Iwobi for a hugely overinflated price and start playing Saka, who is already better at 18.

I know, he scored 20 goals in 110 appearances. For £50 million!

But Chelsea need to take some responsibility for Torres decline. Iwobi wasn't never worth anywhere near 35.

That one worked out badly, for sure (although I'd still say he produced more for Chelsea than Iwobi has for Everton).

But at the time, it made sense. He was great for Liverpool. At no point did signing Iwobi make any sense, at all. For £35m.

Started watching the Spuds and Toffees game second half.
Looks like both teams are saving themselves for Thursday.
And when the commentator said “this is Dier” I think he meant dire.

Agreed. Best bit was Lloris having a go at Son.

Digne, Richarlison and DCL all getting the full 90 mins is good news. Increases the chances of them not starting on Thursday. I'd happily have us take on Baines.

As someone with a season ticket in block 42, a lot of my hate for West Ham is based on how their fans are at St Mary’s. Up their with the worst that we get down here. Constantly ‘threatening’ to climb over the segregation net, picking people out of the crowd and trying to sort a fight outside, spending the whole game shouting abuse at home fans rather than watching the game, and so on.

Millwall are similar, Chelsea had a lot like it, Spurs too. Tends to be London clubs, but Wolves were like it as well actually. Just a load of ****ers.

And as someone else pointed out, as a club they should really be looking for top 8 or 10, or at least they have the potential to be. So yeah, they could be a threat to any potential European place that we’re after, but they would need to really sort their act out.

I won't forget the game where Noble got Wanyama sent off. Clattenburg was going for his yellow card until Noble and his gang surrounded him and he changed his mind. Although it didn't help much as we won 1-0 - thank you Maya for that one. :)

Yeah I can't stand their owners, but that just makes me sympathetic tbh, we all know about ****ish owners.
