This is my Lambretta which I won in March this year.
I call it 'The Purple Turtle'
For a bit of fun, I would like you to guess why I called it 'The Purple Turtle', no googling stuff please.
The winner, or whoever gets the closest will get a bottle of wine.
No arguments please, this is not the politics thread.

A longshot, but did you nearly **** yourself hurtling across cobbles on it after eating a hundredweight of beetroot?

 

I know it well; I used to work in Castle Street, just along the way from that bar. There's a great CCTV clip of a bus nearly taking a bloke out just outside it.

 

Because it's purple, and turtle is the only thing that rhymes

Sorry be busy. The Purple Turtle was a pub, but not in the fake hoops area. It was a pub that me and my mates used to go to in Cape Town, sadly closed now. Always went there on Rugby and Cricket tours.
Will sort out who wins a bottle of wine.

 

And I was just about to say the old pub in Cape Town too.....daggnamitt

 

I feel stunned that none of us guessed it was a non-existent pub in a foreign country that you used to visit Nigsy
