ITTV has shuddered to a halt. They must have problems finding ways to maintain their pro-Roland stance.
I had some first hand feedback last week (can't say from whom) that the poster Reams really hates is @DonCorleone
"An appearance by Marshall, Reeves and Aribo/Dijksteel will show the depth we have. The squad is what it is"- ITTV's Resident Optimist. He also thinks we're in the top 6.
Plymouth and Gillingham would beg to differ. What we have now is a one-trick first 11 and no ability to change our game when things go wrong. So there are only two possible outcomes; A) We score first - against inferior opposition - and we win by eventually scoring more than they do. B) We concede first - against anybody - and we lose without scoring.
On the original post: Seem to disagree, a lot of people are staying away because of the owner. Minus the woman I was sleeping with (who'd go to anything Charlton related. Seriously, you could dangle a Charlton key ring in front of her and they'll pay to watch it) the entire area I sat in has become a desolate Sea of red chairs. I see them every now and then and are adamant that it's due to Roland. I've actually enjoyed a season away from football, seen so much of this world and spent quite a bit of time with people that I wouldn't have had time for (by not going to football). Lead a healthier lifestyle too, not consuming copious amounts of booze on a match day. I check in the scores every now and then, make an assumed tweet based on the result. Get a message back like "well put your millions into the club," but on the whole ignore it. What Roland has done is make me apathetic towards my club... The other problem with that guys post too, is if you solely rely on getting new fans, that's going to cost the club a **** load of money. Advertising is not cheap. I know, I work in that industry. If they're not willing to spend £800,000 on a striker, you better believe that they're not going to shell out a £1.1million spend on a DR TV campaign on ITV (local stations for a week) and £600,000 on an outdoor poster campaign. There is not enough fans left to encourage via word of mouth, new fans to come along, and success on the pitch might get 300-400 more at a football for a £5 match.** New fans will not come, at all! Especially when West Ham have cheaper seats, better connections to the South East and are in the Premier League. That's in no way an admission of me saying they're a better club, just realistically speaking. **side note: reason I believe why the Tarket 20k failed spectacularly. No money to promote the club, and fans will not speak positively about the club. Ticket prices and stadium aesthetics do not even enter into the equation.

That's too easy @Royston, picking on the widows or recently divorced bachelorettes, looking for a second wave of life. Now, getting a 30 year old! That'll get my respect.
Elf finds the 75 plus age group more of a challenge - they think he is only after their Winter Fuel Allowance payment.
Posts on ITTV must be down by over 50% since the two defeats. So quiet are things over there that the Global Moderator has had to take on the anti - Belgian mantle just to provoke some posts. Who would have thought it?
