Don't get over excited about this one,Crewe were keen on signing him on a permanent as Arsenal don't want him, league 1 player in my opinion and not sure he's ready for our team I've seen him play for Crewe and don't think he's as good as Smith, yet maybe one for the future.
Well he plays very forward for Crewe after watching him without any official tag as to what he's called[midfield or striker]I would call him a striker if you call him a midfielder,he would be very poor doesn't win the ball or defend to any extent.Does a similar job to Smith. He's a free agent and although a few clubs have shown interest I think all the others are league 1.
Twitter buzzing we have signed Moritz from BWFC / CPAFC can anyone confirm.. As good a midfielder as we have currently at the club.
You need to activate the bank account before you do any business - agents fees/signing on fees etc etc - don't you thick Northern types know anything
You southern numpty Cellino is funding various fees from personal accounts on an interest free basis at the minute. All none first team squad were given advances this way.... Just cos JB lost interest when he couldn't build houses don't tar all owners with same brush. That's if you believe the whispers.
That might be so, but even the thickest of thick Yorkshire-men would know that League rules forbid such payments from personal accounts. They would also know that any monies for football transfers and signing on fees are not paid to respective clubs/agents, but paid straight to The Football league who (once taken their fee) forward it on (See rule 49.1) So before you do ANY business, you need that bank account unfrozen
Don't spoil my good mood, the nailbiting drawn test match means in the battle between me and skybet I am winning by about £350 since Saturday. Nigeria win gets me another £35
I think you'll find that you can do business with a frozen bank account. Ever heard of deferred payments, or specifying payment dates/conditions?
Jocko - all well and good, but a players registration is with the Football League until they receive their share of the money mate - not my rule bur theirs http://www.football-league.co.uk/regulations/20130704/section-6-players_2293633_2125731#46 43.4 No Club, Official, Player or Agent (or their respective employees or agents) shall make or offer to make any payment whatsoever in cash or in kind to Players or their families or any other person as an inducement to sign other than those provided for in these Regulations. Any Club, Official, Player or Agent in breach of this Regulation shall be guilty of misconduct. 49.2.1 A percentage of the Transfer Fee or Compensation Fee negotiated between the Clubs, plus VAT at the appropriate rate on the total fee shall be paid to The League, by means of telegraphic transfer or by such other means as the Board may prescribe, before any transfer may be registered. Any balance outstanding must be paid to The League in accordance with the financial agreement within the negotiated timescale agreed between the Clubs. The Transfer Fee or Compensation Fee must be paid within the period of the Player's contract with the Transferee Club. In the event of the Player's registration being transferred or cancelled prior to such payments being completed, the balance outstanding becomes payable immediately and any amount paid into the Transfer Fee Account which is due to the original Transferee Club in respect of the onward transfer will be used first to reduce the balance owed to the original Transferor Club.
