DESPITE what OLM says, we can in theory stay up on 30 points. we only have to be higher than 3 other teams. finishing 17th is a result.
On average, you need 38 points to stay up. The lowest any team has ever stayed up on is 34 points. 30 points will not be enough, as anyone who's not a retard will be well aware.
I reckon it will require 37-38 points. A real missed opportunity today puts the pressure on our home games and if Spurs are still in with a shout of the league they'll be here on the final day to take 3 points.
you keep calling me a retard, yet you seem to be unable to grasp the fact that it doesnt matter about points................... what matters is POSITION. your name calling seems to declare open season for the other lamers on here to verbally attack me, guess they have Nazi aspirations to be like you. not very mod-like.. a bit ****ing childish if you ask me.
Points determine your position, so they obviously matter. If you don't to make it personal, don't start you dimwittery with 'DESPITE what OLM says'. Daft twat.
Execpt Boro have two games in hand and a much better goal difference. We need points to stay up, we aren't going to finish above other teams without them.
As I posted on another thread, I can't see Swansea getting more than five more points, so 34 will be enough for us to stay up, unless Boro or Sunderland go on a long winning run
I never make any attacks on anyone, if anyone annoys me I either place them on ignore or just simply blank them.
I can see us winning 2 more games this season, which would give us 36 points. Boro could easily win their two games in hand and it becomes a whole different kettle of fish. Swansea have pretty much a similar run in to us, so I can certainly see them winning a couple more this season.
Boro have 24 points, 2 wins would see them on 30. we should win our home games against Watford and SunLan. that will give us 36.
