Gerrard or Lampard, or as a tag team.

Not sure what went wrong for him. He seemed to have got a handle on things with the team heading in the right direction. Since the WC they've tanked.
Another one of those teams that might not get back straight away if they come down. They have previous.
The same could be said for Bournemouth. Shows what a good job Howe was doing.

Don't think there'll be too many tears shed outside of Elland Road if Leeds do come back down. :emoticon-0142-happy

I have a feeling Man City will get off lightly, unlike other clubs

    Viera gone from Palace....

I know they've been on a slump but it was only a few short months ago he was being hailed as a genius.... <doh>

I've always had a bit if time for Palace but aren't they getting a little ahead of themselves? Not suggesting they shouldn't have ambition but isn't a sustained run in the top flight good for them?
Obviously, don't know all the background, but seems a bit desperate and possibly unnecessary.

Again it shows how tenuous a football manager's job is. Signing up to become one must show masochistic tendencies.

I ran a side in the Cardiff and District League for a year once. I sacked myself!!!
