just been out to look at the sky, see if any bats are active and take in some fresh cool night air

a keen follower of SPACEWEATHER .COM and the odd contributor! Just been outside to see orions belt crystal clear venus bright as has been since I can remember and other stars really crisp that often are blurs even with binoculars / monocular
Take the opportunity tonight or tomorrow when we should have clear skies VENUS depending on where you live should be "south of Bristol" to me it is generally to the west [ south west ]..
Reason it is so clear is cold air and no planes [ or very few ] only saw or heard 7 today in 6 hours ...
