Got loads of Alopurinol if anyone needs some. Think I need to go to bed. Too much excitement for 1 day.
My dream is to be supporting a well run club with good direction and good leadership. Lots of money thrown around is not the long term way forward. My son worked for Sky and did a few premier league sides and he always felt that Sunderland were the least professionally run of them all .. even Newcastle. The first signs are promising for my dream to be able to happen.
Mate's BIL is a proper plastic mag. Thought I'd drop him a wee text All my in laws and large portion of my family are "Mags" - the sort who "never go to games because <insert reason>" Thankfully I work with a load of fine folk from Edinburgh
Can’t find it I thought it was in the echo but it’s not on the page, saying that I am a canny few cans deep into celebration
Horrific website but here is the link @TopCat_SMB ... https://www.sunderlandecho.com/spor...yril-louis-dreyfus-takeover-completed-3139538
As I was saying the other day the stadium and academy being run with a lack of ongoing maintainace and repairs sum up our lack of professionalism and would have had a knock on effect to players and staff that this is a club where you don't have to give your all or have pride in the job you do. Hopefully this is the start of us being a professional outfit in all areas of the club.
I honestly think that in years to come all Sunderland AFC fans and supporters a like will say that today (18/02/2021) was the new beginning. This has the making to become something spectacular. I know a few Manchester City fans and they have said to me that there are similarities between the two clubs. When they were playing away at Chesterfield on a Tuesday night to where they are now. Cheers to you ALL
