Best of luck mate
Thanks for the responses - the business i'm starting is to be making my own cricket bats and also refurbishing used bats.
Something i've always wanted to do so thought why not? I've started a facebook business page her - https://www.facebook.com/monumentcricket
Started quite so far - have around 10 orders - going to be working out of my garage to begin with.
As i'm on UC at present i qualify for something called New Enterprise Allowance which gives me support from the BIC. Been brilliant so far. Got 12 months to get it up and running before i'm on my own.
Good luck with it. I’ve gave it a like on Facebook. Don’t play Cricket but love to watch it. When you branch out maybe get a small merchandise section. Mugs, Polo shirt, hoodie. Means you have a bit more to sell.
yeah I’m full of ideas at present. Got notebooks filled with ideas that if I don’t get them down I’ll forget them.
she could do with her underfelt.
Or just laying....
Hope it goes well mate, nothing ventured nothing gained etc.
Best of luck with this venture, not a cricket fan myself but did watch a show one time about making cricket bats. A lot more too it than I ever dreamt of.
Nice letter from KLD this morning.
Fake letter mate. I never got one, probably couldn’t afford the postage to Australia, but I’ve read the one posted over the road.
You know why it’s a fake? Look at the first sentence in the second paragraph. ‘It is fair to say that the takeover process took longer...’
Everyone knows that it wasn’t a takeover. It was a redistribution of shares. All the credible ITKs on here said it.
Like I said. Fake
Agree, not said much we didn't already know, no flash promises etc but as you say a nice touch.
Think hes going to be very careful about over promising and potentially ending up looking stupid - he needs to get stuff done behind the scenes and not be in the limelight like that last lot.
agree, actions speak louder than words etc...
He’s got the signature of a ten year old.
