What is his relationship with sunlun?
He used to do some sports scientist stuff with the academy, or something along those lines
is he loaded mate
How come is he in the know
I know the lad (friend of a friend). He worked with the academy a few years ago. Don't think he's got a link officially to them now but he's not a bullshitter so if he says he's heard something I'd trust him. Not heard any rumblings from RAWA, but again plenty could be in discussions without them knowing so that means nowt really
That's the main question mate
I just hope it's not out of frying pan into fire.
We deserve some luck been kicked in the bollocks my whole life supporting the lads apart from like 8 years
THEN I WILL GAN TO BED AND HOPE THE TOOTH FAIRY LEAVES ME A SUNDERLAND PRESENT IN THE MORNING.oops had caps lock on............
Hopefully some dentures
According to Google news this morning Storey has entered an official bid.
Whoever buys the club...even at Donalds price... With some smart management and strategic investment, this club could make the new owners a chunk of money...they just need to have all the financial ducks in row and employ the right people. Something we have lacked for years.
With cold, yes
At this stage in league one the new owners don’t have to be as rich as creosote, just rich enough to take us to the championship. Like others have suggested bigger players might even be pulling strings in the background
All sound positive from Prehab over the road....although just read Nixon on twitter that he wouldnt be surprised if Sartori has found someone to take over
Do you believe any of these rumours we are getting like the mags up the road.
Wouldn't be disappointed if he'd got Dmitri Rybolovlev, his father in law, involved.
I know it's been said before and I'm aware we are where we are but you cant tell me, and potential investor's, that we are worth a tenth of the mags. Surely anyone looking to spend 330 million or whatever just need to look down the road and take a punt on us instead, and get some change.
O’Brien’s saying they will take the FPP loan over, o Brian’s is the northeast part of the consortium
hopefully FPP might be there backers, there were in contact the start of last season
When FPP came over to Sunderland last season for a game, Nathan O'Brien was with them.
