OK - after discussion with El_Bando the rules have been updated. The successful forum members (in the case of today's qualifying that's cosicave, Fred and irishgreen) receive 25 points each for qualifying and 50 points for the race.

I think you should get a small number of points i your driver out-qualifies his teammate. It needs to be interesting even if you get a mercedes or Virgin that has no chance of topping its teir.

That could get quite complicated for the mods to dish out points. They're profile points so they have to be assigned.

Yep. That's the luck of the draw.

After the Monaco GP the (provisional) winners are:

Highest Tier 1: cosicave (Vettel)
Highest Tier 2: Prime Minister Cameron (Kobayashi)
Highest Tier 3: WestCoastBoogaloo (Barrichello)

Ha! Someone recently told me we make our own luck. However, I explained why I believe this is not necessarily the case! But yes, based on my performance in this, I ought to begin doing the lottery!

Perfect indeed. And of course it was all down to unerring skill… ;)
- My thanks to all the fools who forced me into this decision by preventing me from picking all the wrong numbers ;) (especially Genji!)

Haha - well what are fools for, cosi?

Now, let's see how many join in for the next round having experienced this one. On the off-chance that it's oversubscribed I thought we might throw in a few jokers for people to pick - things like SCD, non-Vettel victory, Schumacher podium, etc. What do you all think? Wait till Valencia? Any other workable ideas?

you could probably have a Team joker if there are 12 extra submissions. The team that scores the most that weekend being the winner

Maybe the driver who gives us the biggest story that weekend should get some rep?

Team orders, massive crash, puncture on the last lap, punch up, media blunder.....etc

I like the idea of incorporating teams somehow, Bando.
