It seemed that they put such emphasis on reviewing it in real time that they lost sight of the fact that even though it looked worse in slow motion, it was still as clear a studs-up challenge as you will ever see. I just lost most of my respect for Michael Oliver for sitting on the fence and not getting involved in the decision.

It’s ridiculous that the decision makers defended their decision by claiming that there was nowhere else for Lo Celso to put his foot. I find putting mine on the ground to be quite simple.
So after the last few weeks does anyone still think that handball and offsides are the only issues with VAR?
