I'm presuming the above conspiracy theory is a joke....but of course you never know in Scouseland. The theory goes that the whole VVD saga was a choreographed way for Saints to sell Virgil to Liverpool in January without looking bad to the fans.....all done with the cooperation of Liverpool who didn't mind looking idiots I have worked out the next part of this brilliant plan....Saints play toothless football, so that we are willing to sell Virgil in order to buy new players and save the season. MP2 is in on it, even as far as throwing the League Cup tie. A faultless plan.

 

It starts badly. He says he's speculating from the 'known facts' and immediately starts with something which isn't one. The whole thing without this 'fact' falls apart.

There is no way of escaping the fact that Klopp has made a massive cock up.

- VVD & agent had discussions with Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea and had confirmation they all wanted him to come to them well before the end of last season
- Following discussions with the clubs, VVD decided he was going to Liverpool and personal terms agreed. Loose lips at Liverpool leaked to the media
- Saints reacted badly....apology to stop further action from authorities but they were still 100% confident of getting him
- Saints wanted to play hard ball to avoid criticism and then heard how much Liverpool were going to get for Courtinio.
- Saints got greedy and kept putting up the price everytime Liverpool made a fair bid so when the Courtinio deal collapsed they didn't have the funds to buy him
- Liverpool will get him in January
- Liverpool made illegal approaches for all those ex Saints players, reporting Liverpool this time was just Saints being greedy

That statement in itself should be the subject of a formal enquiry, time now for an example to be made to deter the rest from following suit. We know it goes on, that is even more a reason to put a stop to it.

Murphy pretends that he is ITK, but he was saying all along that VVD would be a Liverpool player by September. He got it spectacularly wrong which proves exactly what we all suspected, that he knows sweet **** all....

I will add that even Scousers think that he is a **** tbf.
