Yorkshire isn't the worst of the British accents, I can't stand Glaswegian, Brummy or West Country dialects/accents. Utterly awful.

Yeah but when you think about it, all that time spent on here was done because you wanted to do so. So no regrets, etc.

Haha I know yeah, I'm from Durham, but in one of the shoots I did, I had to speak like I was from Leeds. I thought it was ****, but they said it was OK <laugh>

I've also done an Essex one which I'm quite proud of haha

I grew up in Newcastle but have moved to quite a number of places since. Don't associate with England at all.

You not like it then? haha.

If I moved away from Durham it would be to Barcelona, love the place. Went there every year when I was a kid - plus, season ticket at Barca <whistle>

Originally Pittington, then Sherburn Village, now Belmont/sometimes Fenham in Newcastle.

    You?

Whey I was born in Gateshead but i've lived in Fram/Pity Me all my life. Was seeing a lass from Pittington a while ago, my Grandma lives near there and my Sergeant in the TA is from there. Never been to the place though.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the place at all. There is very little of general British culture that I can identify with and I generally feel miserable every time I visit <laugh>. Not to outright slam the place or anything, it's great for many people - just not me.
Barcelona would be amazing to live in though, you should look into it.

Haha, I would, but my girlfriend loves Newcastle too much, she lived in New York/LA for about 6 months (which is why we finished last year) and she was homesick after then and said she never wants to move away again lol.

Would love to live in New York, have been looking into it over the last year actually - takes time to get over there with a working visa though. How did she manage it?
