Rocket, this is from FootballTaxHavens, one of your sources who seems to be forensically examining the history of this land:

[h=1]Peter Lawwell & Scottish Coal Mining: Profit Stripping Cabal, Taxpayers Left with Cleanup Bills & Communities Polluted[/h]Liquidations, Unemployment, Polluted Communities & The Public Purse
Peter Lawwell’s fingerprints and those of a cabal of former Directors have now been found in the coal dust of three Scottish Coal companies plus another company, Monktonhall Colliery, all of which ended up in administration/liquidated. This was after the profits & assets were stripped out in the good times. The latest liquidation, on top of the previous ones, has resulted in 650 unemployed miners being dumped on the slagheap and a massive £60 million remediation/cleanup bill dropping into the lap of the taxpayers as the directors walk out the door. Former mining communities have been left with the threat of pollution affecting the health of their families and the value of their properties & businesses while Local Councils plead with governments to pay for the clean-up . All this while directors walked away with their millions and hide from their responsibilities behind lawyers & liquidators.
Like UK bankers, it appears that these Scottish Coal company directors were quite willing to take the profits while not putting enough aside to rectify the environmental mess they were making in the mining communities of Scotland. They are quite willing to take the profit but want the taxpayer to pay the bill when it all goes to hell.

[h=3]Previous Liquidations[/h] We’ve already seen Peter Lawwell’s involvement in two previous Scottish coal company liquidations:

1. Monktonhall Colliery Liquidation http://footballtaxhavens.wordpress....came-insolvent-went-into-liquidation-in-1997/Damage: Jobs 300 lost, £20 million in losses, Remediation £10′s of millions, Creditors losses?2. The Scottish Coal (Deep Mine) Liquidation http://footballtaxhavens.wordpress....h-coal-deep-mine-company-limited-liquidation/ and the aftermath of the liquidation where the public subsidies agreed while Lawwell was Finance Director came to light: http://footballtaxhavens.wordpress....h-coal-deep-mine-company-limited-liquidation/Damage: Jobs 500 lost, £4.5 million overdraft paid out by Govt, Govt subsidies of £41 million wasted, Remediation £10′s of millions
Now we come to the latest of a long line of liquidations in Scottish coal mining from related companies.
[h=3]The Scottish Coal Co. Ltd. and Scottish Resource Group Liquidation [/h]Early this year in April 2013, the directors of The Scottish Coal Co. Ltd put the company into Administration putting almost 600 miners onto the dole heap in East Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire and Fife. The company is now in Liquidation. The group holding company Scottish Resource Group Ltd which owned The Scottish Coal Co. Ltd. also went into Administration.

[h=1]Bro. Walfrid Statue’s Premature Erection: Planning Permission 3 years late[/h]
Celtic proudly celebrated the unveiling in November 2005 of a statue to their founder Bro. Walfrid and his ethos of helping the poor. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brother_Walfrid Unfortunately no one at Celtic had applied for planning permission and no one at Glasgow City Council Planning Dept. seemed aware of this fact although many councillors are Celtic season ticket holders.
It took three years for Celtic to ask for planning permission of Glasgow City Council. And it wasn’t until June 2008 that it was ‘discovered’. We don’t know if it was Celtic or Glasgow City Council although Celtic were applying for planning permission for Jimmy Johnstone’s statue so that was the likely trigger. So Bro. Walfrid’s statue planning permission had to be applied for retrospectively. Three years late.

So it was Glasgow City Council land and even though so many of the councillors with their Celtic season tickets, I’m sure many on the Planning Committee, must have passed this statue many times in the 3 years, not one looked after the Council’s interests.
If any other company erected something without planning permission, see how long it would be before the Glasgow City Council got a warrant to tear it down and hand the company the bill or at least issued a large fine. However again Glasgow City Council does Celtic FC a favour and rubber stamps the planning application 3 years later without any imposition.
The front plaque on the statue base celebrates Bro. Walfrid’s Marist order with the motto ‘Ignoti et quasi occulti in hoc mundo‘ which translates to ‘Unknown and hidden in the world‘.

Well it was unknown and hidden to the worldof Glasgow City Council and Celtic for three years.
At least Glasgow City Council have an excuse, it was being lead by Steven Purcell, a frequent visitor to Parkhead and a Celtic season ticket holder, for those 3 years. He at least could claim some impairment – what about the rest of the councillor season ticket holders?

What was Peter Lawwell, Celtic Chief Executive, and the Celtic board doing with such poor professionalism? Bro. Walfrid did great good in the founding Celtic but in return unfortunately they did a poor job in the founding his statue.

Lennoxtown Sale: Approved solely by Tom Divers CEO Greater Glasgow Health Board

In 2006, when Celtic bought Lennoxtown, formerly the Lennox Castle Hospital, from the Scottish Government you would think that large amount of land, 19.45 hectares = 48 acres = 194,500 sq metres [approx. 28 football pitches assuming a pitch is 7,000 sq. metres] would require the payment of a large sum of money and the approval of a senior government committee or Minister.

Not in this case.

It was sold for £493,000 exclusive of VAT and signed off solely by one Tom Divers who was the then CEO of the Greater Glasgow Health Board.

The Divers Famous Celtic Footballing Family
Now the Divers are a famous Celtic footballing family related to famous Celtic player Patsy Gallacher. There were two players named John Divers and are father and son. Both born in Clydebank, Dunbartonshire. They are respectively, Nephew and Grand-Nephew to Patsy Gallacher.

John Divers Senior: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Divers_(footballer_born_1911)

John Divers Jnr also had a younger brother, Brian who played for St Patrick’s High School in Dumbarton. He became an executive at John Brown’s/UIE, Clydebank and was a director of Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire. He lives in Bearsden, not far from Dunbartonshire, according to a company directors search. There are a lot of Divers about locally.

Tom Andrew Divers Biography
Tom Divers entered the NHS in Glasgow as a graduate trainee in 1975 and spent his whole career in the NHS in Scotland, mostly in Glasgow from the summary upon his retirement in 2008 below. In December 2000, it was announced in the New Year Honours that Tom Andrew Divers, then Chief Executive of Lanarkshire Health Board was awarded an OBE for services to the NHS. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/in_depth/uk/2000/new_year_honours_2000/1092606.stm

Where’s he from? Lenzie, Dunbartonshire.

We have Lennoxtown in Dunbartonshire, John Divers Snr and John Divers Jnr both born in Dunbartonshire, John Jnr taught in Our Lady and St. Patrick’s High School in Dumbarton and now low and behold we have Tom Divers in Dunbartonshire too. Hmmm what coincidences!!
Note: This blog’s purpose is not to malign the good name of the Divers footballing family but to highlight a possible conflict of interest solely by Tom Divers.

Mr Divers was a appointed in 2001 by Scottish Labour minister Susan Deacon, she became the founding chairperson of the Hibernian Community Foundation, a Hibernian FC charity, and her partner is BAFTA chasing John Boothman, BBC Scotland Head of News and Current Affairs. Wonder if he’s interested in these revelations? http://www.scotland.gov.uk/News/Releases/2001/08/b30c3a17-8e7e-4e52-bb79-eecf1d1e250f

Tom Divers had a controversial career at the top of the NHS in Glasgow which involved selling off hospitals, closing of A&E and maternity facilities as well as a major disease outbreak with several deaths at Vale of Leven hospital during his tenure going by the following articles:

Questions That Need To Be Answered
Why do Celtic keep getting bargain priced land deals through government entities in Glasgow run by the Scottish Labour party like Glasgow City Council and the Greater Glasgow Health Board?

Why no open transparent auctions to the whole market to get the full value for ratepayers and taxpayers instead of closed hidden backroom deals?

Is Tom Divers related to the famous Celtic footballing Divers family?

Is Tom Divers a Celtic supporter? Was he ever a Celtic season ticket holder?

Did Tom Divers have a conflict of interest in this transaction?

Should this land deal, along with the Glasgow City Council deals, be referred to Audit Scotland because it has the appearance of not being done impartially?

It's utterly brilliant reading the rantings of someone who is clearly deranged.
