    Relatively high prize money for the listed mares bumper at Market Rasen next and Willie Mullins has his first runner at the venue with Panic Attack - by Canford Cliffs would you believe - hardly screams stamina <yikes>. Will the Ivy grower put him to shame?

    Didn't see the race but it sounded very easy. 9 pounds weight-for-age though <ok>

    Just one 2nd today, Buniann in the 5.30 Newcastle. SP 11/2, advised 6/1. Looked for all the world as if it had won, stewards took 10 minutes to make their minds up and gave it to the horse which looked clearly beaten.

    Other excuses: Just Don't Ask in the 2.10 Market Rasen was going strongly in second, had been jumping well, when jockey Hughes lost concentration 4 fences out (he'd been looking down at his right boot betweenthe previous fence and this) and managed to not only make his horse fall but bring down 2 others also. 10 points of profit down the Swanee there.

    In the last race today Jeffrey Harris blew the 5F start and could never get on terms. Finished 4th of 9.
    12 points lost on an unlucky day.

    You won’t need to find excuses for Just Don’t Ask again. That fall was fatal.
