If Cheik Tiote told you that using the words cock and bollocks was unacceptable on this board you'd sharp stop....that's just how it goes !
Like all our players he looked uncomfortable and lost last season - I am certain this is down to Pardews inept approach. If it was one player maybe not but every single player is getting worse under him.
Agree, on his day he is on another level but was to slow gave the ball away and daft free kicks all the time
The fact remains it's going to get ALOT worse before it gets better!!! In all honesty until MA and all his appointments are gone we will be simply hoping for 17th every season. Even if he sells the club he will sell us it will be out of the frying pan and into the fire because he'll sell us to the worst candidate.
you must of know it's his Birthday today nicked from nufc.com The £3.5m that United paid reigning Dutch Eredivisie Champions, FC Twente for their defensive midfielder Cheick Tiote in August 2010 proved to the be largest fee amount spent while Chris Hughton was in charge. Tiote had impressed in three appearances for the Ivory Coast during the World Cup Finals in South Africa just weeks before and both Hughton and chief scout Graham Carr would later claim credit for spotting him. Beginning his career with minor league side FC Bibo in his native Yamoussoukro, Cheik joined Belgian side Anderlecht in 2005, with a first team debut coming at the age of 19. A loan move took him to Roda JC for the 2007/08 season, after which he remained in the Netherlands with a permanent transfer to Joining FC Twente in July 2008. Capped by the Ivory Coast at U23 level, Cheick the won his first senior cap in June 2009 in a friendly against Cameroon. Named as an unused sub for the home loss to Blackpool, Cheick's first outing for the club came at Everton when he completed a flawless 90 minutes "looking instantly at ease in a central midfield anchor role and never wasting a ball" as we commented. Going on to make 26 league appearances, a memorable first season that was capped by a stunning long-range leveller in the 4-4 home draw with Arsenal - Cheick signing a new six year deal days later. However, amassing 14 yellow cards and seeing red in the FA Cup at Stevenage within 13 minutes of coming off the bench were less welcome - United winning just once during his periodic absences due to suspension. And that fragile disciplinary record meant that Alan Pardew was forced to sideline him for the final two games of the season - for fearing of collecting a further booking that would land him with a ban carrying over into the following season. Suspension and injury restricted Tiote to 24 league appearances in 2011/12 and although his uncompromising tackling was still vital to United, his passing didn't seem as effective as it had the previous season. Despite the reduced number of outings, his 11 bookings were still three more than next highest, Danny Simpson who featured in approaching double the number of games. African Nations cup duty saw him miss a total of seven first team games that season (including two FA Cup ties) but Cheick had to settle for a runner's up medal, despite scoring in the penalty shootout that settled the final in favour of Zambia. Season 2012/13 saw Tiote's form mirror the side's and most of his colleagues - poor. He picked up another dozen bookings and a red card against the mackems. Hid score - but not for his club side - for Ivory Coast in a 1-2 loss against Nigeria.
We might as well sell all the top players this summer as we will struggle to get half the money when we go down next summer for them
yeah we should all just give up and move on from the disease that is NUFC there is a turmite within the nest and we are all working for it.
Yeah and I also heard Pardew acted as Dolce and Gabbana's tax advisor too. Bastard that he is. Him and Joe have their finger in all the major event pies. I suspect they are both aliens.
Word has it that Jeremy Forrest was acting on advice from Pardew, and used Joe's car to drive to France.
I think he should be neutered to make sure we don't have any more Pardews running around spoiling the beautiful game.
