    Well the sum of the season so far after one game is exactly that

    No one knows how things will go for us
    But I think this year we have to control our expectations a lot more on here

    Where’s the fun in that? It’s nice to have unrealistic dreams which don’t harm you when they sink like a stone. Just don’t take it too seriously.

    Though as my basic expectation is that at all times the club, team and fans behave with dignity and integrity I may be fairly well along the deluded spectrum.

    We’re up to 19rh at the moment. Sheff U and WBA both losing.
    We may get something from Sheff U Saturday after all, they’re currently 3-0 down to Boro confidence must be getting low.

    Sheff have some good players and a very good manager. Think those two results are a blip and both against promotion favourites.

    I’d like to think if we play Smyth and Eze at West Brom we’ll have some joy as they look slow and oafish.
