Vrancic was amazing again today.

 

Vrancic scored two goals and provided the attacking pivot throughout, but he was also excellent defending (as were Buendia, Hernandez and Stiepermann) and that seems to be at the heart of DF's strategy. It paid off big time today and also explains how we managed our record setting 13th straight away game without defeat - and what a way to do it!

 

7 goals and 4 assists for Vrancic now, he's been excellent lately. Leitner will have a fight to get back into the team. I feel like Leitner plays the QB role better than Mario, but Vrancic has more strings to his bow. Both great options to have in the squad.

I had made my "take Vrancic and Buendia off now" comment having just seen Vrancic, hands on knees and puffing... 2mins later he scored!

Too right. It needs to be reviewed by the FA league panel and a lengthy ban imposed on that bastard Mings. If a red card can be overturned retrospectively, then surely one can be issued?
