You do know they played 2 days ago? I'd see if you can get a refund on that flight. Some Man U fan you are, sheesh!
Anyone thinking Rafa will ring the changes tonight? Got a feeling Fernandez, Atsu, Diame, Dummett may all get a start.
I expect so. I really hope we don't but I think the managers now always err on the side of caution. As I say there will be too many in the red zone... I expect Dummett, Fernandez, Diame, Shelvey, Barreca, Kenedy, Atsu, Ki, Manquillo, Muto, and Joselu to all be in contention. Dummett, Shelvey and Diame I wouldn't bother unless they are 100% fit. They've got to start get some time soon of course. I feel sorry for Muto. When Joselu is getting in the match day squad instead of you it must be soul destroying.
Keeping same lineup (barring 1 or 2 changes) then a scrappy 2-1 win Make more than 5 changes then a 2-1 loss If we make 3, 4 or 5 changes then **** knows
I ****ing hope not. My dog has a better first touch with a ball than this waste of space. I guess whatever changes he makes will be made with Saturday in mind too as we're away to West Ham. Burnley can be quite a physical side so I can see the logic in Diame/Fernandez being brought in at the expense of Hayden/Schar.
I think 34 will probably do this season. The bottom lot are averaging about .9 points per game. If they keep that up, the drop zone sill be 33 or 34
Rafa really likes Atsu mind. So I think you'll be disappointed @cronemeister I have yet to find a fan who thinks he is any use but Rafa picks him time and time again. His passing and crossing are a bit of a disgrace to be honest. I can only assume his defensive work must be exactly what Rafa asks of him.
He really is rancid, I only rate Joselu less in the entire squad. Players don't even want to give him the ball. Well, ours don't - I expect the opposition couldn't give a toss if he has it or not. He takes up the most useless positions imaginable but then runs about quickly - more often than not to rectify his mistake, which he makes either with or without the ball. Only Joselu, who cannot head/hold up play/finish/pass/run/shoot, is worse. I'd be utterly astonished if either start tonight. Kenedy is surely ahead in the pecking order, plus we may go with Dummett at LWB and move Ritchie infield. It'll be a happy day when Atsu/Joselu no longer play for Newcastle United. Bit staggering that Mutu's not in a squad, Barreca doesn't get a look in and Murphy's on loan. Our scouting really is ****.
Completely agree, I mean surely he needs to get in to the squad ahead of Joselu. I'd almost be tempted to start him and give Rondon a rest tonight (although Rafa did take him off with 10 to go probably to make sure he could start tonight) and bring him on in the last 20/30mins.
