Off Topic Top 6 spots up for grabs this season

Spurs are ****e...we all acknowledge that on a daily basis so I think our spot is defo up for grabs...infact I don’t think we are in that race so forget us. Our signings are poor as has been discussed on here...our chairman has no ambition...all in all...we are not top 6 contenders imho. Arsenal are hit and miss these days


for me it’s between Lesta, Everton and Wolves...possibly 2 positions for them 3 to fight over.

Everton for me should be the team doing the gatecrashing more than the other 2. big club who seem to have got themselves an ambitious owner...its all set up for them to do it imo more than the other 2. Only 6 teams have never been relegated from the PL they are one of them. A rich history and now a world class manager too, some serious pedigree there. A new stadium on the horizon too...it’s all pointing in the right direction for me. Unlike the other 2....with Everton there is expectation now. Big players, big manager big thoughts...I think they have maximum 2 years to make their move because by then I expect the usual top 6 to be restored. We know football moves fast...very fast. This is their time and I think if they don’t make it count it will be a bit of a failure considering the current swift decline we are witnessing of some of the other top 6 teams. Anything less than Europe through the league this season will and should be seen as a missed opportunity for Everton.

Wolves and Lesta to their credit have tasted Europe recently...it really is Everton’s time to make their mark now or the chance will pass quicker than they think.

Can’t see the top six from last season being broken up. A bit closer from teams 6-13 and more points dropped by top six against these sides. Cups should be more competitive though, would love to see Everton finally lift the LC.
