More of this will no doubt come from Karen Brady and others who not long ago were urging us to spend, spend, spend on players. The irony is that clubs who did spend vast amounts on players will be struggling to pay their wages now. SW's prudence is looking very good now.

Bali Mumba, 16 year old Sunderland player, apparently in talks with Norwich. Rated highly by the sounds of it.
Bushiri loaned out again next season - just when we're desperate for defenders. http://sportwitness.co.uk/norwich-p...ub-transfer-leaves-another-side-empty-handed/
Had to google him as I hadn’t heard of him. 18 year old versatile midfielder who has been on loan at South Shields. I doubt we will see him in the squad next season, probably be sent out on loan.
Our first priority next season should be our defence and DM in particular. Tettey can't go on forever and though Trybull can do a job there, he's more of a CM/DM IMO. Rupp can also play there, but hasn't done so yet and our new signing, Bali Mumba, is a DM who can also play as a CM or RB, but like Suffolk I think he'll go out on loan next year. Also, if Godfrey or Lewis leave we'll have money coming in but big holes to fill. Even if Duda leaves after his loan, Sinani coming in means we will still be at the limit of foreign players. We can have a bigger squad in the Championship but there's also the 'homegrown players' rule to consider. This will be a real test for SW and DF.
Melvin Sitti plays that role too I believe. Not sure if he's a signing for next season, or if he'll be out on loan.
Todd on his bike? https://www.express.co.uk/sport/foo...Trent-Alexander-Arnold-message-Premier-League
Webber has his sights set a bit higher than that! https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sp...-grealish-manchester-united-transfer-18438799
Taken that we have been in the PL this season and will receive a large parachute payment when we go down, why is there the need to sell? Or will it be that the above will want to jump the sinking ship as others have done in the past?
Was that before or after Covid hit everyone's finances. I still find it strange all these multi-million pound transfer rumours going round at times like this.
