After all these nerve wracking games in this season's CL,one disturbing fact comes to mind. Trippier! The number of times he has lost his man and many goals have been scored. Is he finished? Or is he going through a very long bad spell?
Apart from the goals, the assists, the leadership and the charity work, what has HK ever done for us?
If you or anyone know how to torrent, the full game is available on piratebay to download. Yes I’ve already downloaded it. Yes I’ve watched the final 35 mins about 5 times already. Yes I’ve celebrated every single time Lucas scored that winner.
Possibly my favourite moment of the night was one that will have passed most by. After the game, there's a clip on the BT footage of Super Jan Vertonghen earnestly explaining something to Lucas Moura. It lasts about 10 seconds. I've imagined what that conversation was. I can't help but think it was... "Thank you for that third goal. I lost a World Cup semi-final last summer and my header against the bar would have tortured me for the rest of all time,if you hadn't scored again. This may have been my last shot at a major final...Thank you" Vertonghen would have nothing to rebuke himself for. It wasn't an easy header but if I was him and if we'd gone out, I'd never get over that moment. . Misses like that don't leave fans. I'm still having trouble with Gazza's miss against Germany in '96 and Lineker's header against Argentina in '86. What they do to players, I can't imagine?
Getting fed up with dodgy streaming sites for Champion Leagues matches and I want to watch the final without the perils of dodgy streaming connections. I'm not a BT subscriber nor any other media provider. I have a Sky Now app but I understand CL's matches are not available on Sky. There's a BT app but need to be a BT subscriber or Virgin Media etc. I will be watching (somehow) with two young kids so the pub is not an option. I did sign up on a 3-months period with IPTV but gave up on it as it was unreliable. Any ideas? Thanks.
There has been strong suggestions that it will be screened free to air by BT. Failing that, do you know anyone with a BT account, who could give you their log on details to use for the night?
Could try with my bitter ex wife! I seem to recall a final was streamed live on YouTube previously. Not sure if it was by bt or not but that would be great if they did so!
Just saw this. http://www.sportspromedia.com/news/champions-league-final-youtube-bt-sport Hopefully that will be confirmed!
The amount of times I keep on taking the highlights back to when Son just lays it to Moussa and he hoofs it up to Fernando...we know the rest...the commentary is superb Last night I think about 12 times non stop till I saw my cat looking at me like 'wtf Spurlock'
A couple of times you can hear Jermaine Jenas trying to speak and just nonsensical noises coming out....followed shortly by... "I can't believe it.......Oh my god!" You can hear the shock and emotion in his voice. The other commentator says that he was in tears. It's pretty much where I was. A second before Lucas scores, I was trying very hard to find a coping mechanism for our defeat, having really believed we were going to the final before the game and after we scored our second on the night. I went to see my old man yesterday. He'll be 80 this year and has been attending Spurs for 70 years. He's as excited as a kid about the final, as am I. It's a wonderful, wonderful thing for a club that's had some tough times since we last won in Europe.
