Just saying, a 3-0 win will mean the pundits will suddenly forget what the table looks like for a second week in a row...
We'll get nothing from tomorrow...they always seem to be able to get the better of us at their place. I just want us to put up a better showing against than we have in the past 3 years. Think we beat them once on penalties and lost 7 or 8 in that time and have not made them work for a victory.
I think Spurs owe us reading the posts on here suggests obvious mental trauma Spurs owe us…it’s not on
Morning guys. What streams do you guys use ? I always used Potato streams for footie but that has gone down now.
Strongest available starting XI from last season. Kings Road FC always front up against Spurs, no matter what the state of their season is on-pitch. So I do not expect to take points today. On that basis (the result has had no real consequence on the season for some time) , then what I am looking for today is a PERFORMANCE. Whatever the result, if Spurs have made them sweat to get it then good. If the performance is like any of the encounters of last season, then the squad has not improved in terms of mental resolve and 4th place may be the best to expect in the PL this season.
Chelsea playing 4-3-3 as they did last season where there 3 outplayed our 2 hopefully Conte has prepared us accordingly.
On the plus side, as I have James and Cucurella in my fantasy team, that guarantees they won’t be keeping a clean sheet and/or they're going to be using up two subs within 25 minutes due to injury...
I’ve seen a few tweets suggesting they’re still going 3ATB and that James is playing RCB with Loftus-Cheek playing RWB. Surprising if true, often thought James is dangerous when he gets into crossing opportunities.
That bench without Richarlison would be rather anemic. Perisic and Skipp out and we already look a tad threadbare still. One or two more signings would not go amiss imo.
Yeah Perisic is in the squad, not sure what CK’s looking at, lol. Spence not selected, replaced on the bench by Richarlison whilst Lenglet’s replaced by Tanganga. Richarlison, Perisic and Bissouma are three very good subs to make. Lucas as a fourth sub is also decent. Gil/ Doherty for the fifth I’d imagine. Last season Lucas was our first, with Bergwijn and Winks the second and third… worlds apart thankfully and with a few weeks left of the window it could get even be better.
Be interested to see how they line up. 3atb with Loftus Cheek at RWB would be interesting for them. Either way I write these games off as 6 points lost every season so anything is a bonus
