Not a chance we'd adequately replace Kane, no one realistically could, not even Brighton for all their excellence the last few years could replace/ find a player of that exact quality. We'd need *at least* three very, very good ones to even get close to his output and our track record tells you we've absolutely no chance. When you also consider the fact we've probably got to consider the possibility of finding a Son heir sooner or later too... we basically need the footballing equivalent of winning the lottery in the next transfer window or two.
On a brighter note, despite our horror show of a season, I won't be donning an Arsenal or anti-Spurs picture for three months as I finally beat Bob in our seasonal avatar bet after about five years of trying as we finished above Chelsea, thinking of giving him a Boehly avatar but any ideas are welcome. Gonna decide in a day or two.
I was at that game, mixed emotions knowing that you have just seen greatness for the last time in a spurs shirt , also reminiscent of a couple of goals that Greaves scored against Man U and Newcastle
