Based on nothing , here's my team to start vs City

    Kepa
    Dave, Rudiger, Zouma, Alonso
    Kante
    Kovacic, Mount
    Willian, Giroud, Pulisic

And here's the team to finish,

    Kepa
    James, Rudiger, Zouma, Dave
    Kante
    Gilmour Kovacic,
    Mount Abraham RLC

That was a really good win even though we played with little ball and more defensively. Excellent goal by Pulisic, dogged defending loads of workrate. A couple of players still looking rusty, Kante off his game a tad, but never stopped trying.
Grudging congratulations to Liverpool, deserved Champs. Now we know we can handle the second best team, and how much we've got to improve by, we should run Pool a bit closer next season.

Yep, you did, and you were spot on. The young man stepped up big time, and showed real class all game long. With our newer and better players, he is staking his claim to a permanent spot.
Incidentally, am I alone in thinking Tammy Abraham, under incredible pressure from Timo Werner, looked uncommitted and lazy? Reminds me of Carlton Cole in ability and attitude.

I thought he looked sharp when he got the right ball between the two centre backs.
