Didn't Fer fail his Everton medical too? Edit: Sorry Dave! Yeah, that should have read Bennett providing Redmond with little competition Rick, cheers. Brady is definitely an option from free-kicks, he's scored for both Ireland and Hull from them. A right footed free-kick taker would complement him nicely, although I'm happy for Redmond to grow into that role. I more meant Maxim as being more of a wide option, I don't know about Quintero, but Maxim has certainly been used on the outside of a 4-2-3-1 before.
Not sure that TF will be fussed by the price. If they can get him to play he's probably the best player in the league, think they'll be happier to have him.
Of course this came back to bite him. http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic...ve_better_players_than_norwich_city_1_3884221
QPR probably didn't bother with giving Fer a medical. Yes, I think we all remember that article, Bath, but good job finding it!
Of course they did - their team was full of 'wct', even although most of them were there for totally mercenary reasons!!!!!
That is just bloody priceless bwaaahahaha Perhaps by medical they are referring to a mental component ie he's a Judas lol
Quite Pathetic Really deserve all the bad luck in the world getting stuck with this overrated sick note is just about right for then
I just loathe this 'if you've got it, flaunt it' attitude they've displayed since Tony Fernandes came into the club. Money no object, delusions of grandeur (have you been to that ****ing ****hole of a stadium of theirs ) There are better run football clubs than them up to their necks in the mire, some - like Pompey, have been that way for years. I know which I respect the most
It's hard to believe this Quintero rumour, but my god how much I would like it to be true. The problem is though, is I first saw it on that HITC webshite
Slagging off his former team mates and club was poor form and he got what he deserved. It's a shame really because I think he is a mid table premier league player and I wouldn't of minded him back especially now Mulumbu is injured. He just spoilt it by making stupid comments.
Mulumbu stayed at West Brom for six (6) years. Fer doesn't stay anywhere more than six months if the grass is greener... Mercenary twat - small wonder he and QPHa 'collided' along the way
He didn't slag off his teammates. All he said was QPR are more of a team, is that so bad a thing to say about the team you are playing for. It may well have been true.
It's the better quality players comment, generally a promoted team will have a better spirit than a relegated one. It's hard to doubt that.
He said QPR have better players, back handed "slagging off" I suppose, especially considering they weren't/aren't lol
I don't get this at all. When you are relegated your wages will drop by silly amounts. It is only the decent players the top teams want. He had only been here a season and so did he really have time to build a relationship with the club. Was there a good feeling about the place at the time. Did the board say you have to go. If I'm a footballer and I play for Sunderland who are relegated and West Brom say we'll match your previous wages as we arew in the Premiership, do I say yes or risk staying in the Championship for the rest of my career on half the money. Players form is so up and down, it is so easy to get forgotten about and miss out on the financial security.
