    The European Tour is still in South Africa for the 3rd consecutive tournament at the wonderfully named Copperleaf Golf and Country Estate. A par 72 sitting at 7964 yards, its another one of the South African courses that is set in wonderful surroundings. A course that Ernie Els has had a lot to say in its design, it apparently is on the grounds of where his grandmother used to live he, has built a testing course to challenge the all players no matter what their strengths are.

    The big hitters will soon find trouble if they stray off line and the approach shots will have to be accurate to accommodate the rolling greens and some 112 bunkers on the course. The fairways can be anything from 25 yards wide to 60 yards wide and the natural lay of the land will shoot balls forward just as much as shoot them into the rough. It is Ernie's first real course that he has designed and he is obviously very pleased with what he has set out.

    This is only the 2nd time that this event has been on the Tour where local player Dawie van der Walt beat fellow South African Darren Fichardt by two shots when he posted a score of -21, 267...

    Not much to go on but it dos seem the locals do very well here, so...

    Otto Hennie @ 28/1...
    Tommy Fleetwood @ 40/1...
    Kevin Horne @ 66/1...

    Done in the usual £2.50 e/w with PadPow... 1/4 the odds for top 5 place...
    <cheers>

    With day 4 on the go at the moment Otto - (6th place) is some 7 shots off leader Ross Fisher but only 2 shots off 2nd placed Michael Hoey... I need him to get at least one more position up the leaderboard as only the top 5 get paid out...
