it's not that you are getting called a newco. you are a newco. as a result i agree that any punishments for the old rangers should be placed on the old rangers. The only punishment in my opinion you should face is if you wish to go straight back into the spl. if you go into division 3 then no sanctions should be put in place.

Do you think tho that the spl / sfa will not punish new rangers for the sins of old rangers?

 

If the SPL or the SFA inflict any further punishment on the newco then it means they are treating it as old rangers so we still have our history.

No it doesn't, if a newco gets admitted straight into the SPL that will be against the normal rules of teams having to get promoted to play in the top tier - if you want to be shown favouritism (it does seem to be part of your DNA after all) then you need to accept the consequences of not going through the usual route and earning your place at the big table
