I was looking through the various reports on yesterday's PAFC game and came across this: http://www.plymouthherald.co.uk/WAT...ey-wins-game/story-29011809-detail/story.html Firstly, Tyler Harvey winning a penalty and scoring two - in a number 9 shirt. Secondly, how come this league gets 6 minutes of video coverage when teams at the lofty heights of League 2 are lucky to get 20 seconds?
It begs the question that a lot of people have already asked. Why was Harvey persistently played behind the strikers as a sort of forward midfielder and never given a chance in his proper position which is as a No. 9. Some people have actually said before that he is the best finisher at the club. Both Sheridan and more recently Adams didn't seem to agree. It's a bit like Rooney who is also quite prolific in the Reserves or what passes for them now. I don't know why he hasn't at least been given a go. We do nothing to aid our youth these days at Argyle and who knows, if given the chance they may be worth a mint at some point which we could easily do with.
Yes, that was my point Sensible. Having watched him closely in the warm-ups when he's been on the bench, he strikes me as liking the flicks and tricks too much: never satisfied with putting the ball into the net unless he can hit the cross bar in the process. Looks like we'll never know now doesn't it?
